Salon Policy
All clients must apply a skin patch sensitivity test at least 48 hours before a hair colour/lash or brow colour appointment. It is company policy that clients apply a skin patch test which is checked prior to the appointment by a qualified member of staff. Skin patch tests are available at reception or can be mailed out in the post. All appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
